About Us

Anima Gardens was founded by Camila Marangoni, a landscape designer with deep botanical knowledge, working across indoor and outdoor spaces. Her approach brings together design thinking, plant health, and a clear understanding of how gardens live and evolve.

Originally from the Amazon region of Brazil, Camila grew up surrounded by plants as part of everyday life. Now based in Australia, she brings this lifelong connection with plants into her work as a landscape designer, entrepreneur, and creative lead of Anima Gardens. Camila holds a background in Economics and a master’s degree in International Business and Project Management, bringing clarity and structure to every stage of a project.

Anima operates as a small, dedicated team working across design, installation, and ongoing care. Alongside Camila’s direction, Matthew Reidy leads the building and on-site work, bringing over 30 years of experience in the landscape construction industry and ensuring each project is executed with precision and aligned with the design.
